María Teresa Samaniego
Head of National Corporate Finance
María Teresa Samaniego holds a degree in Law and in Business Administration/Management from ICADE (Pontifical University of Comillas) and a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the IEB (Institute of Stock Market Studies) and a Certificate in Financial Advisement (CFA).
Her career was built in the financial sector and she has more than 20 years of experience in different areas of corporate finance and in syndicated financing. Since 2018 she has been Director of Syndicated Financing at Liberbank and Unicaja Banco.
As Head of National Corporate Finance, she is responsible for designing and proposing commercial policy within the scope of domestic wholesale financing operations.
The National Corporate Finance Directorate is in charge of the National Corporate Operations Management and the National Corporate Operations Risk Assessment departments.
