He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the International University of Catalonia.
He completed his education with the Executive Development Programme (PDD) at the IESE Business School and the "Transformational Leadership - Revisió i actualització del lideratge (Leadership review and refresher) programme at the International Centre for Leadership Development (ICLD)
President of the SIFU Foundation, a non-profit organisation with a track record of more than 15 years, which emerged from the work placement of the SIFU Group as a special employment centre. The Foundation's aim is to promote the social and labour integration of people with disabilities and integration difficulties.
Vice-president of the European Confederation of Inclusive Companies (EuCIE), president and member of the board of directors of Netmentora Catalonia, member of the board of management of the National Confederation of Special Occupation Centres (CONACEE) and of the board of trustees of FEMCAT.
He has previously held, among other positions, the presidency of the Young Entrepreneurs Commission of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, the presidency of the Academic Commission and Member of the Social Council of the Polytechnic University of Barcelona and the presidency of the Catalan Association of Private Initiative Special Employment Centres.
He is the author of the book "Responsabilidad Social Competitiva (Competitive Social Responsibility". Empresa activa, Ediciones Urbano.
